Deep Cleaning Requirement Policy

At All Goode Services, our goal is to deliver consistently thorough, high-quality cleanings—not rushed or surface-level work.

Standard cleanings are designed to maintain a home that is already clean and on a regular professional cleaning schedule. When a home has not yet been cleaned by our team, or when there has been a gap in service, additional time, labor, and detailing are required to meet our standards.

First-Time Cleanings

• All first-time cleanings with All Goode Services are required to be deep cleanings.

• Even if a home has been professionally cleaned in the past, we must first bring it up to our own standard before maintenance cleanings can begin.

• This ensures consistency, quality results, and a clear baseline for future cleanings.

Gap-in-Service Cleanings

• If it has been more than 4 weeks since your last cleaning with All Goode Services, a deep cleaning is required before standard cleanings can resume.

• After the deep cleaning is completed, standard or recurring cleanings may be scheduled.

What qualifies as a deep cleaning

A deep cleaning may include (but is not limited to):

• Detailed scrubbing and sanitation of bathrooms (tubs, showers, toilets, sinks)

• Removal of built-up grime, soap scum, and residue

• Extra attention to kitchens, floors, and high-touch surfaces

• Baseboards, edges, corners, vents, and cobweb removal

• Use of specialty tools such as steamers or scrubbers

If our team must perform heavy scrubbing, steaming, or extended detailing to restore cleanliness, this is considered deep-clean level work.

• Maintain consistent service quality for recurring clients

Additional Notes

• Homes that have not been professionally cleaned in an extended period may require additional time or pricing adjustments, which will always be discussed before service begins.

• Final pricing is based on the condition of the home at the time of service.

• Any additional work identified upon arrival will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Service Area & Travel Fee Policy

All Goode Services is based in Pleasant View, TN. Our standard service area includes locations within 30 minutes or 30 miles of our base location.

• For service locations outside of this range, an additional travel fee may apply.

• Any applicable travel fee will always be discussed and approved before scheduling.

• Travel fees help cover additional drive time, fuel, and transportation of equipment.

We strive to be upfront and transparent with all pricing and will never add fees without prior communication.
